Reiki (Rei = Universal Ki= Energy) is a Japanese hands-on-healing technique that aids in clearing the body’s energy system (or electro-magnetic field).
Reiki Session
The experience of a Reiki treatment is like a wonderful glowing radiance that flows through and around you. Reiki treats the whole person including body, emotions, mind and spirit.
A session is typically 60 min and you are fully clothed while laying on a table or bed. Please message me to enquire about an in person session.

Reiki Training
Anyone can learn how to give Reiki to assist in healing themselves and others. The Reiki path is a beautiful one of self transformation and spiritual growth.
In all trainings you receive attunements, meditation and practice. I am happy to come to your hometown to host a Reiki training or retreat, please contact me if interested.
Level 1 – You will be able to give Reiki, the gift of self-healing, to yourself, your loved ones, your friends, your pets, and even your plants.
Level 2 – You will be attuned to the Reiki II symbols that will facilitate in empowering your Reiki, sending distance healing, clearing mental and emotional issues and strengthening your intuitive abilities.
Level 3 (ART) – You will be attuned to the Usui Master practitioner symbol, which increases the effectiveness of the other symbols and strengthens intuitive awareness. You will learn some Reiki meditations and how to create a special Reiki crystal grid which continuously transmits healing energy.
Master – This is a two day course to learn how to teach and attune others to Reiki energy. You will be attuned to the Tibetan Reiki Master symbols and be given instruction on how to give Reiki attunements for Reiki I&II, ART and full Reiki Master. You will now have a total of 6 symbols that we will practice with including practicing and learning how to teach your own class.
